The company was founded in 2006 by Delene Surgenor as a Commercial  Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning Company.

Year on year, the company’s organic growth expanded into Property Management, and we re-branded to Miller Property Services in 2010. Now MPS Ltd is a successful Facilities Management Services company.  We believe that it’s because we’re reliable, professional, and truly committed to doing a great job 100% every time. Key to this success are our loyal customers and cost management practices.
