Ferndown City Council – New Business win!

We are pleased to confirm MPS have signed a Facilities Management agreement with Ferndown Town Council – Bournemouth, until April 22. Following a successful trial we envisage further extension to the contract.


Welwyn Parish Council – New Contract

MPS are delighted to announce a new 12 month contract with Welwyn Parish Council (WPC), commencing 1st July 2017.  Following a 7 month relationship during which time MPS have provided commercial cleaning and cover caretaker services, both parties have agreed an all-inclusive property management service across the 4 x WPC buildings. (Civic Centre, Pavilion, Whitehill, WPC Offices) The primary objective will be to support WPC in the management of these sites, so that the facilities and venues are presented and maintained to the highest standards for hirers, local organisations and groups that continue to use these local facilities. CHAS Accreditation Achieved

We are pleased to announce MPS has successfully secured CHAS accreditation, August 2016. Supporting local charities via the Welwyn Festival

MPS Ltd is pleased to help support the Welwyn Festival’s fundraising efforts this year by placing advertisements in in their printed programme of events, charities and community projects  (page 45) and on the Welwyn Festival website. The advertising revenues are added to any takings from events throughout the week, held annually in June, and profits will be divided between the Welwyn Festival Group’s 2016 beneficiaries – charities and local community groups – at a charity evening to be held in July. We’ve been awarded the “sticker” to the left to display on our website and stationery.

MPS extends a warm welcome to our newest team member, Cleo, who has joined the family business on a full time basis, as Facilities Coordinator. Some of our clients may remember Cleo as a ‘temp’ who has helped us out on previous occasions, therefore she fitted in with our philosophy and working procedures from her first day. “New” – Builders Clean Contract

We are delighted to have been awarded our first contract from Marbank Construction. A 2 x Phase builders clean has to be completed on the new build distribution warehouse and offices site. Project manager for Millers commented….. Phase one has been completed, which effectively was working alongside sub contractors, cleaning the 79,000 sqm warehouse floor presented challenges, however using the correct machinery and operator, the customer is happy with the result! The final phase is due to be completed mid February, final dates are still to be confirmed.
