MPS are delighted to announce a new 12 month contract with Welwyn Parish Council (WPC), commencing 1st July 2017. 
Following a 7 month relationship during which time MPS have provided commercial cleaning and cover caretaker services, both parties have agreed an all-inclusive property management service across the 4 x WPC buildings. (Civic Centre, Pavilion, Whitehill, WPC Offices)
The primary objective will be to support WPC in the management of these sites, so that the facilities and venues are presented and maintained to the highest standards for hirers, local organisations and groups that continue to use these local facilities.
Terrence Miller from MPS commented : We are pleased to be working closer with WPC and believe the agreed services will support WPC in delivering better facilities to the public.
WPC Clerk Louise Harrison added: Welwyn Parish Council continues to serve and respond to the needs of the community and following staff changes look forward to continuing to develop an effective working relationship in the delivery of local services with MPS, a local company.
